We only take bookings directly, and so cut out the agency fees and share the savings with you.
As an example, a major agency (and cottage web site) that we approached before deciding to go our own way, would have charged more than £220 extra for a peak week, compared to our 2013 prices!

When you book, there are no hidden extras, no booking fees, no nasty surprises.  Another major agency that we approached charges £35 per week booking fee, another £6 to take your money, plus £3.50 per person per week for towels.  So £104 on top of the advertised price in hidden costs for a 2 week stay!  Some also charge extra for heating and lighting, as if you could manage without…

We also prefer to deal direct, as we feel we can provide a better service to you.  Having grown up in the area, and knowing the cottage intimately, we can answer your queries and provide local advice better than any agency.

Finally, since we have been independantly assessed by the AA, and awarded a four-star grading, you don’t have to take our word that you’ve found somewhere a little bit special!
